"We all have a confusion about being and doing because we’ve been taught that we have to do to prove that we be.
Blame, Shame, Regret, and Guilt is about the being.
Blame: You did it wrong.
Shame: I did it wrong.
Regret: I shouldn’t have done it.
Guilt : How could I do such a terrible thing?
All of those are places where doing becomes greater than being. If you start to realize that these distractor implants keep you from being, you can start to get that the being is underneath them. It is what is hidden beneath the distractor implants.
We all have a confusion about being and doing because we’ve been taught that we have to do to prove that we be. But you don’t have to do to prove that you be, because if you are being, you have a lot of doing you do. And when you do something, you get it done in a heartbeat.(...)
When you are being you, everything in the world aligns and agrees with allowing you to have things happen instantaneously. This happens more and more—not less and less. When you walk out of doing into the place of being able to be, things happen instantaneously and with ease.
Every one of these distractors, blame, shame, regret, and guilt, are about “I did it wrong. I shouldn’t have done it.” It’s doing from the wrongness point of view. Being in choice is a completely different universe. It changes the way you function in life. We are trying to get you to the place where you can be you and whatever you do happens with such ease and such joy that you feel like you are not really doing anything. You feel like you are standing still and everybody else sees you moving at the speed of space(...)
You just went into the distractor implant “I don’t have to do.”
If you are being, then doing is just part of being. It’s just one of the many choices you have available to you. You are thinking that doing is something you don’t want to do. You’re thinking you want to choose so that doing will just happen. It’s not quite that way. What you’re describing is alignment and agreement with the idea that being doesn’t require you to do—and that allows the implant to be attached to you."
